About "YEDIA": "YEDIA" is a fan upload and archive service for photos and videos from the Ye 2026 tour.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION & COMMITMENT TO ANONYMITY

We are built on a foundation of digital privacy and actively promote complete user anonymity. When you visit, access, or use the Service to view or upload Ye 2026 tour media, we do not require you to register an account or provide standard identifying details (such as your name, email address, or phone number).

We process only the limited information needed to operate the archive, review submissions, respond to feedback, and keep the Service safe.

  • Data Collected: Your Instagram handle.
  • Purpose: This is entirely optional and only collected if you choose to manually enter it when submitting feedback about the platform. It is used solely to contextualize your feedback or allow us to reach out regarding your suggestions.
  • Source: Voluntarily provided by you.

2. YEDIA Uploads and Moderation

  • Data Collected: Media and any optional information you submit with it.
  • Purpose: To review, organize, and publish approved fan submissions.
  • Source: Voluntarily provided when you submit media.

3. Technical Information

  • Data Collected: Limited technical information generated when you use the Service.
  • Purpose: To operate, secure, and protect the Service from abuse.

We do not require user accounts, names, email addresses, or payment details to use the public archive.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not, and will never, sell your data to third parties or data brokers. We do not utilize your data for marketing, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling.

We may use carefully selected service providers to operate the Service and may disclose information where required by law. Approved submissions are public and may be viewed or downloaded by visitors.

We use Cloudflare and R2 to host, secure, and deliver the Service and public media, PostHog's EU service for the limited analytics described below, and browser or operating-system push services only when you opt in.

UPLOAD SECURITY

Submissions are reviewed before public display. We take reasonable steps to protect submitted media and to minimize unnecessary metadata in new public submissions. Do not submit media containing information you do not want made public.

ANALYTICS

We use PostHog's EU service for limited page-use analytics. It is configured with memory-only browser persistence, page-view and page-leave measurement, no session recording, no autocapture, and no advertising or cross-context behavioural tracking.

OPTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS, PHOTO BOOTH & WEB PUSH

If you choose to attach diagnostics to feedback, they may include your page path, browser and device information, language, viewport, online status, and console warnings or errors from that session. Diagnostics are optional and are deleted when the associated feedback is removed. Photo Booth source images stay in your browser; on some iOS devices, a final card may be sent to the server only to return it as a download and is not intentionally stored or published. If you enable notifications, we store the push subscription endpoint, encryption keys, status, and an optional test-device label until you unsubscribe or it becomes invalid.

RETENTION

We employ an aggressively minimized data retention schedule. We retain the data we collect only for the absolute minimum time necessary.

  • Technical and Feedback Data: Retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Submissions: Approved submissions remain public until removed through moderation or a valid removal request.
  • Push Subscriptions: Retained while active and removed or disabled when you unsubscribe or delivery reports an invalid subscription.

LAWFUL BASIS & YOUR RIGHTS (UK GDPR 2018)

Because we operate out of the United Kingdom, our data practices are governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We process information under our legitimate interests in operating a safe community archive and, where you choose to submit optional information, with your consent.

Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your information. You may contact us to request removal of content or optional information you submitted.

You maintain the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe our processing of your data violates applicable law.

  • The platform is provided as a fan-to-fan archival tool. If you are a copyright holder and believe your work has been infringed, please contact us for immediate removal.

USER SUBMISSIONS

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it and grant yetour.xyz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, host, reproduce, display, and publish approved submissions as part of the Service until they are removed. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND STRICT ENFORCEMENT

To maintain a safe and legal environment, there are strict rules regarding what can be uploaded to "YEDIA". You agree NOT to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit any content that is:
